Hi, Thanks for this mail and update. Just wanted to know does your software have the facility of self unlocking the account with the help of other user i.e if the current user is not available then the co-user can authorise the other user to unlock the present user account.

I used Lepide Active Directory Self Service and this has the facility at the same
